Vicky Wilden

Managing Director

Vicky has worked for over 40 years in various residential children’s services both private and local authority throughout England. Vicky has previously fostered children with autism and is passionate about the welfare and safety of children being at the forefront of everything she does. Vicky believes that all children and young people deserve the very best.

What Vicky enjoys most about her role, is making sure that the children enjoy a variety of experiences and making new memories so their lives are as fulfilled as they can be. Vicky believes there is nothing that a person can’t do when they are supported by a positive staff team who strive to encourage them.

Alongside her commitment to the children, Vicky is committed to developing new services to a high standard, offering a home from home environment to all children in our care.

Vicky has a determined attitude, which adds to her solution focused leadership style, in turn creating an environment which promotes and encourages confidence and ambition for our children and their futures.

Michelle has over thirteen years’ experience working with children and young people with varying complex needs, working through all roles within the residential sector including a number of years as Registered Manager

Emma
Roberts-Holst

Lead Child Therapist

Psychology BSc (Hons), PGCert in Therapeutic Play Skills, PGDip in Play Therapy

Emma has nine years of experience working with children and young people across a variety of settings, including education and residential children’s care. She has been working as a play therapist since 2016 and is registered with Play Therapy UK and the Professional Standards Authority. Emma has supported children with a wide range of needs, including developmental trauma, social, emotional and mental health difficulties, and learning disabilities. Emma specialises in creating therapeutic environments within children’s residential homes, to provide children and young people with the best opportunity to reach their full potential.

Daisy Tomlinson

HR & Recruitment Officer

Daisy joined Northridge Care Group in May 2022, after completing her extended diploma in Business Studies, covering Recruitment/Selection, HR and gained work experience within a range of businesses.

Daisy is in the process of completing her Level 3 in HR support and working towards her CIPD Level 5 in People Management, as well as becoming a member of the CIPD.

With over 1 years’ experience in the Human Resources sector, Daisy is always up for a challenge and looks forward to her future with Northridge Care Group.

Helen Bingham

Finance Manager

Helen joined Northridge Care Group in April 2022 as Finance Manager. Prior to this she worked for 8 years in accountancy practice with two reputable accountancy firms, delivering audit and accountancy services to clients across the Northwest. She has advised clients on systems and procedures and financial reporting, and her specialisms include managing year end audits and statutory accounts preparation. Helen has a wealth of experience working with clients in a variety of sectors and a spectrum of sizes, including manufacturing, retail, academies and other not for profit organisations and groups reporting well in excess of £100m turnover per annum . Helen was awarded the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification in 2013.
