Every child deserves to

thrive

The welfare and safety of children is at the forefront of everything we do. We’re committed to ensuring all children are brought up in an environment that encourages them to thrive and grow in safety. High quality, evidence-based assessments enable properly informed decisions to be made about the next step in the lives of our children and families.

A team

committed

to changing lives

We know the life-changing impact that our programme can have on people’s lives – and we don’t take this notion lightly. That’s why our experienced team takes a personal, tailor-made approach to every young person we work with.

What we

believe

  • Every child matters and should have a positive environment to grow and thrive in safely
  • Deliver an individualised package of care to everyone living in a Northridge Care Service.
  • Transparency and clear, regular communication is key to building strong relationships.
